Midland Air Service Experts was thrilled to participate in the Midlands Ride for Kids a few weeks ago. This marks the second year that Midland Air has participated in this remarkable event that helps fund the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the top nonprofit financing research into childhood brain tumors. The proceeds fund free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial help for families.
Midland Air Service Experts raised $1000 for this amazing cause and the nationwide event has gathered $559,241.44. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been helping with the event since 2014 and her father’s riding group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids every year.
“My dad’s riding group participates every year because they can have fun and ride motorcycles, all for this wonderful cause.” Take a look at Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The sweet motorcycle riders may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts isn’t as into the riding part of the event. “We just do it because we love the kids,” said Rebecca.
